COMPONENTS OF A CHAYIL POWER GROUP MEETING:
1) Welcome, Introduction, Prayer (Worship)
2) One-Word Check in. Use One-Word to describe how you are feeling today? Be real so that others can celebrate you and your testimony, or if you have an issue you can receive prayer or collective wisdom (ideas and experiences) from other members.
3) “One-Word” explanation. Explain your “One Word” check in for Celebration, Prayer or PEER-Coaching (if you so desire).
PEER-coaching. PEER-coaching is when a member of the CPG share an issue that they would like to receive ideas, wisdom, and strategies from the experiences of other members in the group. Everyone will get opportunities to share or receive coaching from others.
4) Interactive Discussion of CHAYIL Daily Inspiration or CHAYIL Teachings.
5) Training in CHAYIL Pillars (Choose a Pillar for discussion). How will you intentionally grow in that Pillar? Share at next session for accountability.

6) One Word Check Out – How are you feeling? Members share on how they are feeling after being in the CHAYIL Power Group.
7) Prayer. At the end of the CPG an Altar of Intercession with the power of Agreement is created to pray for the needs of members, family, ministry, business, etc. Altar of Intercession (Exodus 17:10-13), Power of Agreement (Matthew 18:18-20).
8) Fellowship.

TIPS FOR FACILITATING SMALL GROUPS
1) Create the Agenda. Be clear and state the goal of the meeting.
2) Set up Meeting Space – in a place or in cloud (skype).
3) Provide tools for the Meeting: Daily Inspiration printed or sent by email, invite cards for multiplication.
4) Send reminders about CPG meeting date and starting time.
5) Start the meeting on time and with confidence and energy.
6) Keep the meeting on Topic and allow reasonable time for each person to share.
7) Allow time for Peer Coaching, help and accountability.
8) Keep the CPG meeting flowing smoothly.
9) Engage ALL attendees – CPG meeting is to discover, value, validate and celebrate the power in each CPG member.
10) End in prayer, love and CHAYIL blessings.
