CHURCHES & CHAYIL Glory

The CHAYIL Church Development System with tagline: “Growth inside out to world”, describes the strategic path for growing and caring for the members of the congregation (inside), for commissioning them in service and significance in the community (outside), resulting in greater influence in Church, Community and World.

The Church will then function in her role as light and salt of the world. Development will therefore be in four areas:

Individually: As members grow in the grace of CHAYIL, they will be empowered for greater significance and holistic prosperity in all areas of their lives.

Numerically: Members will be trained in Evangelism to win the harvest of souls.  Sheep will reproduce sheep in obedience to the Great Commission.

Financially: As membership grows, the principles of giving taught, the Church will grow in financially to fulfill its vision.

Influentially: We are told to have influence in lives, community and nation.  Our target is the target of Jesus: “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16. Our target is the world.

“And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.” Matthew 16:18.
